Joshua Hollingsworth Appointed Manager of Education at The Delaware Contemporary

Unified Creative Exchange (UCE) is proud to share that its Founder and Creative Director, Joshua Hollingsworth, has been appointed Manager of Education at The Delaware Contemporary (museum), effective February 18, 2026.
In this role, Hollingsworth will lead the development and implementation of educational programming that connects contemporary art with diverse audiences across Wilmington and the surrounding region. His work will focus on expanding access to the arts, strengthening community engagement, and supporting meaningful learning experiences through TDC’s exhibitions and initiatives.
Since previously departing TDC in 2023, Hollingsworth has spent the last two and a half years building Unified Creative Exchange into a full-service creative marketing and project management agency, working across hospitality, arts and culture, and community-based initiatives. During this time, he has led campaigns, developed partnerships, and contributed to a growing creative ecosystem throughout the region.
His return to The Delaware Contemporary reflects a continued commitment to both institutional impact and community-centered creative work.
“Since leaving TDC in 2023, I’ve spent the last few years exploring creative work across industries, growing both my network and understanding of what’s possible when you just go for it. As creatives, we often have amazing ideas that don’t always have the resources to fully scale. Being back within an institution like TDC, I’m excited to support and contribute to the continued investment in contemporary arts.
The museum, now in its 47th year, has been a meaningful part of my journey. Over the last nine years, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from incredible museum professionals, educators, and artists, while witnessing firsthand the impact of its exhibitions on the community. In continuing my work with UCE alongside this role, I’m hopeful for even more opportunities to expand access to art and creative experiences across Wilmington and beyond.”

Unified Creative Exchange will continue to operate concurrently, pulling on the support of local artists and creatives to serve UCE’s clients. This work strengthens the connection between creative marketing, cultural programming, and community engagement—core to both Hollingsworth’s work and UCE’s mission.
